  • What’s your Return Policy?

    If there is no damage but you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a refund or exchange. We understand that purchasing jewelry online can be difficult. We do ask that you pay return shipping.

  • I have an issue with my order, how do I contact you?

    If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will provide you a full refund or replacement free of charge.

    If your piece breaks within the first 6 months due to normal usage please contact us with photos. We want you to be a satisfied customer.

  • How do i care for my jewelry?

  • Do you do wholesale or consigment?

    Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting wholesale or consignment orders.

  • Do you do custom orders?

    We do offer a limited number of custom orders and special projects per year. Please visit our Custom Orders page for details.
