FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT THE PEOPLE OF UKRAINE

After almost three months of humanitarian catastrophe, an end to Russia's war in Ukraine appears to be farther away than ever. In an effort to support the people of Ukraine, Studio SHG and Silvatica Designs have teamed up for another collaborative fundraiser.

 The Design: The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine, representing peace and solidarity. Studio SHG chose to incorporate this symbol in her design by painting bright yellow sunflowers on porcelain pendants. Silvatica Designs added beads crafted from ambrosia maple to bring out the blues in the pendants while keeping each piece light weight.

 The Charity: We will be donating 100% of the proceeds to Doctors Without Borders. This nonprofit cares for people affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, natural and human-made disasters, and exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.
